Had my turbo kit originally going under the motor in the GN style but swapped to a different k member which moved the engine back 1"and put the cross over into the firewall. I modified it to clear but had some rattling that got on my nerves. Also went with a single 50mm wg this go around. I've got to merge together the 2 banks together as they are divided until they enter the merge. Going to attempt a custom tear drop fender and wg dump. Turbo is 7275 I have never run. I'VE also bought deatschwerk 120lb injectors switching it up to e85. This is a 260"Ford v6. This will be my last round with a v6 but shooting for what ever 25psi will give me.

oki will ask why limit yourself to 25psi?whats the compression at to target that kind of psi?also the shift rpm is a big deal especially as the turbo gets bigger.
8.5 cr, 6500rpm. 25psi should be close to 700rwhp which is probably the limits of the engine.

Your going to be close to maxing out those 120 lb injectors on E85 , I'm at 82% duty cycle on mine .

Where are you at on power? What is your base fuel pressure?
About 600 - 620 rwhp , Base FP 50psi . I didn't notice much difference in duty cycle when I raised it from 40psi to 50psi , maybe 3% change .

My build is in my signature , Racetronix 680 lph DP , -8 feed -6 return ptfe lines .

If you are on your phone , turn it sideways and you can see the signatures .
Ah cool! Hell of a setup you have. What's the ci and compression? I should of had my setup running last summer but went through the engine over some valve train issues. Honestly I've never had this engine over 20psi, I'd love to get it up to 25-30psi.

What's the ci and compression?
Not sure on compression and it's a 40 over 109 . I got lucky with this motor as it was a $3500 long block stock bottom with steel mains replacement from Mike Dopkins ( m233roller ) . I converted to E85 , changed turbos , & had Dave Husek build a killer trans and a one off 9" converter , then walked the boost up to 30psi and that's where I'm at now .

I would also go to 160s at least I aswell did the e85 injector shuffle and wish I would have just gone to 160s or bigger . I bought brand new 120s and my DC was above 80% @ 20 lbs so I sold them after having them in for less then a week . Anyway your plumbing looks good btw and I hope it all goes well for you .
