I have been in court for about 2 years now trying to bet an assualt charge, found out today its not going to happen. Almost 3 years ago I socked up my ex wifes new boy friend. Without going into too much details, he was being a dick to my kids. Nothing sexual just a horses ass, just got tired of hearing my kids bitch and moan about him, so the next time I saw him I popped him in the jaw and broke it and both front teeth. Needless to say this was frowned upon by my ex......they take a second out on my old house (nice eh?) get an attorney and go after me. 3k in med bills, att. fee's you name it. Good news is my attorney is my best friend so he didnt charge my anything, did some car work and stuff like that but no way near what it would have cost me. It felt good to smack that ***** at the time but now I'm bumming. Looking at 3-6 month with no work release.

Just wanted to share with everone and help from making the same mistake I made, its just not worth it.

I wont go for about 2-3 more weeks, got to get my sh*t in order. The hardest part is going to be running my shop, its going to be hard doing payroll from the joint. Ive got great employees, so that makes it easy. My service manager told me hes "excited"! That made me laugh!

Thats my son in that picture, Ive raised him since he was 10. He's a defensive end for AWC here in AZ. He can bench 345 and he just turned 18. Yea daddys proud of him, another reason this sucks so much & the timing couldnt be worse. He's a freshman and I will miss his games.

Good on you for doing the right thing for your kids...

Last year, we had a situation where my daughter's ex starting acting badass towards my family- threats and all.

When I got home, the sheriff was keeping things under control, as asked memy opinion (I had been at work).

My answer- "If I can see him, I can target him- and he will die. He threatened my family, and if he stays around he will pay."

They took him away, and warned me not to follow them to the hotel they dropped him at.

I'm sure this rag-tag bunch will help you in any way that they can.....

how old are your kids that live with the ex ****? if they are young dosen't the stupid broad realize how taking you away from them could affect thier lives not to mention make them turn on her for this.

Thats a lot of time for just smacking someone. What did they charge you with? Was it your first offense? Id knock his ass out too if he was a dick to my kids.
