Did you save the stub from the money order? Also, do you have copies of the auction showing the items? If you answered yes, then go down to your county court house and pay the $40 and take him to small claims court.
He will lose by default for not showing up. A judgement will be made against him and he will HAVE to pay up. I have a friend who does this with customers who bounce checks. He wins every time. You just have to provide proof of a transaction (receipt of the money order).

I have a friend who actually had a money ordered cancelled. Is there any way to follow up on your money order and see if it can be cancelled. Most people are under the belief that money orders cannot be cancelled however I do not think that is the case. Sometimes the principle of the matter is more important than the money itself. I would not give up. You need to take full action with ebay and the money order issue.

ok ive been threatened by this guy so many times already first off the item had insurance on it The ups store had 3 of my items f*ed up . now i had lost the tracking number but if you had contacted post office they arent going to do ne thing considering it was ups store. now if you want to call them and check if the item was shipped to the adrees listed on ur ebay then go for it. ill give you the information ups store Bell Blvd And 35th Ave bayside ny 11360. look it up and i will not have you contacting other members about this. and as i can see this site is also sponsered by CK performance.
