Jay- That is exactly my goal, if and when I find a nozzle that will work for me. I want to have a 2 nozzle two stage setup. One comes on at 4 lbs of boost, and the other coming on at 3500 rpm. If you saw my set up, you see how much a pain in the butt it would be to change mcmaster carr nozzles in the discharge plenum. If the nos nozzles atomizes good, i may give that a shot. Right now, I am spraying before the tb, but I just dont think I am getting full utilization there. Any tips or suggestions?

I'm still thinking that if you had the nozzle(s) in the charge air path you may have better luck. The McMaster Carr nozzles do atomize better, yet I have had luck with the NOS nozzles in the past, too. With the variable pump control, you wouldn't have much trouble finding a nozzle size that suits you as you could just tailor the pump speed to your needs. BTW, if you are wanting to "play" with NOS nozzles, I coincidentally still have some used ones and jets for sell relatively cheap!
