buying a 87 TR need help

Hey guys this is my first post. I used to own a couple LS1's now i'm converting over to the TR crowd....I'm getting a killer deal on a 87 T-Type and was wondering what to look for when I go check this car out????? Car has 54,000 original miles and it has a few mods like bigger turbo,chip etc... car ran 12.3 so far... Just want an idea on what questions i should ask???? Thanks for the help guys
