Buying a Mustang......questions

Here is the deal. I found someone wanting to get rid of thier 2001 Mustang GT before they leave for deployment. It has 54k miles, flowmasters and not raced. A older lady owns it now. It is silver with leather I believe. I will have pics tomorrow. What would you guys offer? I looked at the Kelly Blue Book, but I am looking to get it CHEAP. $7000 is what I am going to offer.

Waste of time. Look through the for sale section and wait until a sweat deal pops up. $7000 will buy another decent GN or T. The mustang wont be worth crap in a few years... believe me.

Yea was just looking to make a few bucks. Seller wanted blue book. So I backed out.
