Buying parts for a rebuild

Good morning everyone!
I am doing a full bottom end rebuild and was wondering if anyone knew the cheapest place to get parts (I.e. bearings, rods, crank, etc.)

Also if anyone knows of a place that offers military discount that would be great as well.
