You have everything here to get your C5 front brake conversion started, including Jason Hurst adapters for the ZQ8 spindles. All you would need to get is the actual ZQ8 spindles and a good set of brake pads. $300 plus shipping.

Do you need to run 17" wheels? Can 16" clear?

The spindles are from an S10

You have to run at least 17's with this brake setup, I haven't heard of anyone running 16's....
