I'm brain dead and can't figure this out....

I don't care to know how you got the answers or why you get the answers. I just need answers!

You are given the differential equation:

for the amount of money in an annuity account after months with an annual interest rate of % and (continuous) monthly deposit .
First solve the differential equation to obtain a formula for.

Here is what I have so far..

Hell, I have no idea. I still use a calculator to add 2+2. It comes out 5.

Wow, I hadda erase my answer caz it's no better than what you've got so far! I'm so rusty. To think I ACED all the advanced math courses @ one time!
