calling bruce...and whoever else!

I bought a converter from bruce a couple months ago, and I payed a good amount of money to have the trans rebuilt. Well, two months and 200 miles later the transmission is out again. The guy that rebuilt it basically told me to go f myself, so now I am stuck. I can take my chances with another dumb redneck transmission man, or I can swallow my wallet and buy one from bruce. What I was wanting to know from Bruce is: which transmission would be best(street, street econo, or street/strip) for a car that I can drive every day and take to the track on friday night. I also need to know what warranties come with each. I am good friends with Dana at Southeast Turbo and I beleive he is a vendor for you. My motor will be rebuilt this year, so it will be a lot stronger than what's in my signature(30 over, heads, cam...). Thanks for any advice!

This is a perfect shining example..

Not to be a smart ass or egotistical, but If you would have done it in the first place you would be driving your car. Wallet a little lighter but now you have to do again. Now how much do you have in it? This seems to be more and more common these days. You make it sound like our prices are way outta line but quality & SERVICE costs as you are about to find out.
If I were you , with your location what it is , I would go talk to Paul. He is the owner of SE Turbo and can provide you with what you need. He can also provide the labor to install and if I know Paul, and Our store out there, you will NOT BE ALLOWED to leave until your smile consists of all teeth!!!! And, in the future, anything needed to back it up. If you should ever have problem one, with any of our stuff , you drop car to Paul and it is handled. None of this , go F yourself. NEVER!!!!!!!!
See, what you pay for is so much more than just the trans. Customer Service and a feeling of "I am taken care of " definitely has it advantages, and is worth more than paid. Not to say we never have problems, but I invite you to talk to any of both SE Turbos and PTS's customers that have had a problem and ask them how they were handled. Sheesh, I am inviting you to talk to people who have had a problem, ( How many would do that?) as well as people who are happy. You will find that all are VERY happy and satisfied with what it is they have recieved. I am here for you to help you resolve your situation. So is Paul...

Sorry Bruce, didn't mean to sound like youre prices are out of line. Youre prices are very competitive, but the competition cannot warranty anything-that's the difference! I have another question for you: I purchased a "GN" converter from you when I did the rebuild. Is that converter going to be a weak link in a bad ass transmission from you, and does that converter match up well with a TE44 anyway? I would have liked to buy the 9x11 or a billet piece but I was in a $ pinch back then. Thanks for your time!
