Hey Brian:
I sent you an e-mail and been trying to get you on the phone but you haven't been available. I received some drop shipped bumper fillers a couple days ago but I'm not sure what you intended. I have never received any of the large front end parts to hang the fillers onto (fender, bumper etc.), so now I'm stuck.

As a reminder, you were going to send me pics last week of the front end parts but I think you forgot. Could you get those pics to me, followed by the parts, in the next day or two? I know you've been real busy but I hope you can work me in.

Thanks, Brian, I'll be looking for the pics today. The primary reason I've been trying to contact you at work is to get a firm delivery date on those parts. Would you please tell me today when the parts will be shipped?
