I just bought a roller cam from full throttle. My 210-205 flat tappet had a groove in the front cam journal, and this cam does not! I would assume the groove is for getting oil to the drivers side lifter galley. Do I need new cam bearings to make this camshaft work???

Im stumped! Help!

Agree. The 109 block has a transfere groove behind the front cam bearing. If it is a Stage block, some did, some did not. If you are not surte if your block has the groove, you can install a transfere hose on the back of the block between the gallery plugs. Use either AN stuff or 3/8" inverted flare tubing and fittings.
