I need to weld a bung for the oil drain back line intot he oil pan. can it be removed without yanking the engine out?

If not, is there another place I can tap into for an oil drainback? My car was originally a hot air car, but now has the turbo front mounted, so the hole in the intake is no longer a viable option.

You may need to move crank a little. If that don't work loosen
motor mounts and jackup engine a bit with woodblock under
crank damper.

You should be able to remove the pan without taking the exh. crossover out. Remove the flywheel dust cover.
