Can we put the Draglite BS question to rest?

Guys,
I've searched and searched on this and there are too many answers that don't agree! I'm going to be running 215-65-15's on the front, and Nitto 275-60-15's on the rear. But I need to know which backspacing to get for the Draglites? I was running 275-50-15 BFG DR's with my stock rims for a while and they rubbed just a tad going around sharp turns on the frame. Do I need 4.5 BS for the rear, and 3.5 in front or what? Signed - clueless

dont know about the front because i use front runners, but the rear is 3.5

15x8 rim use 3.5" bs
15x10 rim use 4.5" bs (if frame is notched use 5" bs)

I might be wrong here but I think some of the confussion is from some people having aluminum drums I beleive they a 1/4" thicker than steel. HTH

With an 8" rim, 4" BS would be ideal with 275/60 tires.

3.5" will work fine (but you may need to roll the fender trim a little)

Some people go with 4.5" BS and then use small spacers until the tire is off the frame.
