can you use a Tech 2 scanner from GM to tune??

hey guys i was looking at the Tech 2 scanners at work the other day and i was wondering if these can be useful in any way to tune my car a little better?? it has everytihng imaginable listed in these things. if i can tune some with this anyone have pointers what to look for with these tools so i cna tune in some stuff? thanks

A Tech I perhaps. I don't think a Tech II works with an 80's OBDI computer.

i can get tech 1 as well we have those. what should i do and look for?
