Cant upload pic to my signature.

I did a search and this subject was covered by 2 members already with 0 responses. So I figured I would give it atry.

Anyone here can help? It says "unable to upload" every time I try to download a picture for my signature. I have resized the pics as small as I can and it still wont let me. Waht am I doing wrong? All I am trying to post is the naked picture of my 437lb girlfriend posing next to my GN. Shes a real treat!
