My buddy just bought a 87GN well the motor was not together so he got it put together and when he got it out the shop he was on his way home and stopped at a stop sign and then when he pulled out the car went dead....His headlights and interior lights would come on but when he tried to crank it it wouldnt say nothing it wouldnt even turn over or even make a click noise its like he doesnt even turn the switch anyone have any clues to help him out???

Did you check obvious things like battery and alternator? You're gunna need a multimeter if you want to figure it out yourselves.

Its not none of that if it was the bat the light wouldnt come on we checked the starter dont think its that it seems like a wire came loose somewhere because everything worked but it jus will not even say nothin when u turn the key not even turn over.....

There are 3 or 4 fuseable links that are attached to the starter post, where the links pick up power for different circuits. one of them has cleared. if I remember w/o having to look at the schematic, it is the brown wire. don't quote me on that, put a meter to it and you will find it. I completely removed mine to the battery post to avoid the hassle of jacking the car up each time. Happened twice.
