car has a lope like it has a bigger cam

My car has a funny mis at idle and it lopes like it has a big cam in it.truthfuly I like the way it sounds but I know its not right ive change the plugs wires and coil pack.has any one else had this problem and what did u do to fix it

Bad injector/harness, wiped cam, broken valve spring/rocker shaft? You need to start checking somewhere.

I dint think it would be so serious it runs good while driving but it has a slight mis at idle or relight

Could be as simple as the IAC valve, bad spark plug, MAF, etc...you wont know until you investigate...
