Happy fathers day to me! Picked up the car today from the paint shop.

It was painted at ASC livonia.....the paint booth actully sits right on top of the GNX assembly line.

..and I see you went with DTS I just picked mine up about 2 months ago. My dad swore by them since they build all his circle track rears, so I thought I'd give them a shot. Eagerly waiting to test it out at the track this Friday (Martin).

I'd love to do what your doing with your car some day...nothing beats a complete tear down and build up....sorta like building a model I guess

Hopefully you're not like me and end up with a handful of bolts at the end...jk....make sure you post some "progress" pictures.

Does ASC do walk in paint jobs or do you have to know someone?

What kind of paint was put on your car? Primer? Single or two stage?

A couple of buddys work there. They paint the viper there now , so we had to move some parts around to paint my car.

I paid about 3000 for the body work and paint.

Klrv6, we used ad-tech filler , AP106 filler primer , and DuPont SRT-4 black base coat/clear coat 2 step.
