02'S AT 720

TURNED THE BOOST DOWN TO 22
AND FP UP TO 45

STILL AT 720

I REPLACED THE 02 WITH A NEW DENSO ??
ANY THOUGHTS

Is it possible that you have pushed the injectors to the limit? I didn't look to see in your signature if you have upgraded the pump or not. Have you changed the fuel filter recently? You could be getting the pressure, but not the volume under demand.

it has a red's xp pump,

i just put in new fuel filter and hot wire kit,

fuel presure at wot is around 60

should i turn it up to 50, and see what happens ?????

Fuel pressure should be initial setting, plus boost. For the run where you were at 24 lbs boost, that should have been 67 psig, NOT around 60. Same thing for the other run. Seems to be not enough fuel pressure, based on your numbers.

The problem may be in the chip you are using.

Assuming there is no nock and its steady at 720 O2's why change a thing.. 720's arent all that lean.. Pete at ANS suggests about 810 but everyone else I talked to says on c16 you can run in the 600's..
