car stumbles under normal driving like it skips the more miles i drive the worst it gets when u give it gas it seems to clear up and spools fine threre is no mal codes thaks for the help

common culprits are normally the coils breaking down, the module(under the coils) and the maf. but don't rule out bad gas.

Replace your fuel filter and check fuel pressure.

fuel filter has a 150 miles on it if i set the fuel pressure at 43 psi without taking the vac line off how much woul it be off buy? thanks for the help

Make sure you don't have a vacuum leak. That might cause it too. Spray your engine vacuum hoses with starting fluid to see if the idle goes up or down.
