Carb Hat on E-Bay...What Years Does it Fit?

This is slightly out of my area of expertise so I thought I would put it up here.
Ebay ad 120601866196 for chromed carb hat...does it fit all years of carb turbo...78-83? How about the Rivera? Part looks nice. Seller wants to get it right. I suggested he join us on www.turbobuick.com.

i think it should. the 84 part is wrong.

Chrome carb elbows where from 82/83. They would fit a 1981 as well. I believe, but don't know for sure, that Regal and Rivera elbows are the same.

They should also fit the earlier non-CCC carbs, but the early elbows won't work on a CCC carb. Something on the electronic carb gets in the way of the early elbows (might be the M/C solenoid).
