How are you guys getting plumbing to these? Custom pipes? Hacking apart the rad support? In the end isn't it costing the same as a good intercooler?

Yes custom pipes have to be made.I may have intercooler modified to point to side then get 90* hoses to go through hole already in core support I may end up about $300 on whole deal. IMO its way cheaper and just as good

Can someone post pics of the area behind core support where pipes meet ic. There's a bracket that seems like it may get in the way. Its the bracket from core support to inner fender well... Thanks

Nick, are there any tests on the early duttweiller front mount intercoolers? I tried looking everywhere but found very limited info.

Yikes I got the holes cut went to slide header panel on... Oh no won't fit. Its wider than the whole inside of the grille I had to cut into headlight bucket all the way past the headlight adjuster screw on one side other side I did a lil less.

Had to shave header panel down where headlight buckets go one side past adjuster screw other right to the screw. Replacing core support bushings so I took the support out till I get them. More to come
