Casper audible knock quit

My Casper audible knock detector has stopped going off when I start the car?
It would always sounds off during start up.
It has 12volts and the yellow wire is soldered in to yellow ECU wire.
I have just changed out my chip to a Extender Extreme and up graded the MAF to the 6.22 chip.
Any ideas ?

Mine does not always go off when starting the car.......
Still works though.

My Casper started working this weekend at our Buick/Ford shoot out.
It even goes off when it starts now ?
Cannot expalin it but glad mine is back working.
