I've purchased quite a few things from John through the years, and I can honestly say that John has always came through and gone far above and beyond. I've had things I purchased used that didn't work, John replaced them. I've needed small parts, John just asks me what my address is and doesn't want a dime. For a company to just ship something, I realize there is a cost. For a guy to take his time out of his day, he deserves a profit. For a guy to take his time and spend it on a customer, and ship something without asking for a dime, that's a REALLY BIG DEAL! Our world is slowly slipping away from the days of handshakes, thank you's, trust, and simple good deeds. It's very refreshing to have some guys around that still just enjoy helping people!
