caspers thumbwheel chip

I have a Casper 7 position chip. My question is about the plastic piece that holds the chip in.
Some of the "ears" that go into the ecm are broken off.They align it as well as protecting the pins of the chip from bending. Can I replace the chip holder easily? It seems to be epoxied in. Where would I get a new holder?

With the whole base being epoxied together, it would probably be pretty difficult to replace the carrier by itself. I think you'll have to get a whole new base assembly from Caspers.
