Unfortunately, "Not for sale in California, Colorado or New York" and no CA "EO" is available. CA is impossible to deal with , for a car enthusiast.
I can't find any Calif CARB-approved converters at magnaflow.
I think nearly every Turbo Buick owner has left Calif. In the metropolitan Orange County / LA County region, I might literally see just 1 or 2 cars per year.

To clarify, no "direct fit" and Calif CARB compliant., but seems various "universal fit" converters are available. I'm just starting to dig into the cat converter issues in CA. Dont know what will pass both the tailpipe test and satisfy the fascist state bureaucracy
