Center cap tension wire / ring

[1984 t-type]

So I bought a set of the GBP aluminum GN wheels and in the process of taking the center caps off one of the tension wire things broke on me and now the cap won't stay on tight. I'm wondering if anyone would happen to know where I might be able to find another one ? I have already read that they do not sell replacement center caps for these wheels so I'm guessing getting the wire from them is out of the question also. Kinda sucks for someone to sell a part but no repair / replacement parts for that part.
