Ceramic coating specialist in CT

Where in CT can I go to get my headers,cross over pipe,turbo exhaust housing, and DP ceramic coated ? Looking for a reputable company that guarantees there work. Also should I get the insides done as well,thanks ikle.

Just google "ceramic coating connecticut" there are a few listed. Are you ceramic coating for looks or function ? If it's for looks most aluminum ceramics are good , but if it's for function you really should check out Swain Tech White Lightning @ swaintech.com . The coating is 3 to 5 times thicker ( 2 to 4 mil vs. 15 mil.for white lightning) , but you should read what their site has to say . They are located in the Rochester NY area, and I am going to coat my exhaust this winter with white lightning , Good luck :biggrin: Sam

I use Central CT coatings in East Hartford. DO NOT COAT THE INSIDE OF THE TURBO HOUSING. This will reduce the clearance between the exhaust wheel and housing and possible seize it when it gets hot. Been there and done that.

I been using them for years. There coating hold up very well. I even had them coat my boat intake so it wouldn't oxidize.

FWIW I wouldn't coat the inside of the headers on any turbo car. Surface prep is critical on Ceramics to get them to stick and there is simply no way to prep the insides of the headers. WHen the stuff comes off it's going through the turbine.
