Champion Aluminum R Heads & Long Term Street Reliability

What is the preferred plug choice for the R head? Just wandering if I have the right plugs.

hmmmmmmmmmmmm - maybe forget the aluminum heads and go with my 8445's. They have had the crap worked out them and are ready to go on. And it'll save me 1500.00 from buyin the gn1's

you can always sell them after if you arent happy with them. Throw them on and get it going

Current heads on the car are 8445 mild bowl work and bigger valves.
Would aluminum heads slow down a car with the above heads installed?

No.
I ran 8445's on stock valves and bowl ported only. Same cam and turbo etc but a stroker now with ported intake and everything else bigger on the induction side, GN1's with big valves (I don't think they are race ported) and I run the same mph at 19 psi boost now on the GN1's as I did at 25+ psi boost on the 8445's.
