champion fuel rail to use with external regualtor

Looking to trade a champion fuel rail with stock regualtor for external regulator style

I just cut the end of my champion fuel rail off and tapped it for a npt thread,then used a npt male x -8 an adapter,worked perfect

was it 1/2" npt thread?

Just cut it off Norbs and tap it with 3/8 thread for the Russell fitting. I did mine.

I did the exact same thing as ttypewhite,sorry i should have posted that i used a 3/8''x -8 male adapter....

It wasn't easy to tap the hole is just a bit too tight, but i did it very slowly. pic below.
