Champion intake and TV cable issue

Ok I am picking away on my engine in my car now trying to get this thing ready to start and drive.

With the GN1 intake from other pics I see on stock manifolds. My cable is angled down to hook up to the TB. What are you guys doing to correct this. The TV cable is tight and will not allow the plate to open fully. With it off it has no issues.

Here is a picture kinda hard to see (below), I will take a better picture tonight.

Going to have to make a hold down for the rad but alittle heat and the hoses went over no problem. Not bad for a $200 all aluminum rad.
