Anyone have experience? Once the heads have been machined for receiver grooves can they be used with a production steel shim gasket reliably?

I can't believe that no one has jumped on these, they are great heads and an awesome price. I had set on a customer’s car and it went 10.07 @ 132mph. We were still able to get 1100 for it when we sold them. ( He went to a stage motor) Try getting them from Champion with ARP head bolts and shipping you will be knocking at the door of near $1400, plus the cost of the reciever grooves. If these are around in few weeks I will give you buzz. I have a customer looking for a mid 10 sec combo.
