I wish my shit looked like that.

I have a brand new cam in my car, 212/212, has about 70 miles on it. However I have a lifter that wont stop ticking... when you say that it should be replaced with the cam, that shouldn't apply to a car with 70 miles on the rebuild right?
 
The cam and lifter wear together the minute you start the engine for the first time. If you replace that 1 lifter the mating surface is different and the cam or lifter, or both, will be destroyed.
 
Some of it. It's a good idea to change the springs at the same time if needed.
Be sure to get the correct spings, and have them measured and shimmed if needed.
what type of place would i take the valve springs to get cut down?
