I have been reading posts about moving the canister but really can not see where to mount it. I do not want to remove or slide it over. I want to put it in the wheel well. Does anyone have a picture (worth a million words) and a list of material they used to do this? Searched on the board but but no luck.

behind ds bumper

Put mine behind front bumper on drivers side in horizontal position. It's not visible unless you kneel on ground & look up behind bumper. It's attached securely on 1 bumper support bolt & some plastic ties. :)

you can move it down onto the frame beside the ps box where the stock air box was

you will need to take the clamp off frame for the steel vent line and bend it a little or cut it back and bend it up . then drill the frame for the canister tabs , fits nicely there

just lay it down horizontally
Do not lay it down horizontally!! The activated charcoal (stored in the charcoal cannister) can dislodge and if it is near the purge valve, it will go through your engine via the vacuum line attached to the purge valve.
