Yep, it raises with rpms and no strange noises.
If I use heavier oil, would it raise more.
This is at idle and on gear.
Looks like 0 psi!
Also, could the sender be affected by the heat and read lower?
The sender is located in the T adapter, parallel to the ground.

what you NEED, is earls oil pump mods.
I did my 65k mile motor, and idle is 25, warm, and 65 @ high rpm.
using the same oil spring, gears, etc.

Link or details PLEASE!
This pressure makes me scare at the stoplight!!

Get rid of that synthetic oil. Try some Brad Penn 10W-30 or 10W-40.
Bet that'll bump up your oil pressure by a few pounds on its own. ;)

A mechanical oil pressure is precise. 1kwiksix is right. Get rid of the synthetic. Brad Penn and also Joe Gibbs has the proper oil ingredients. I run Brad Penn 10W-30 in Maryland. It's perfect for this climate. Your pressure at idol is fine. I was also skeptical with my pressure at 15lbs at idol. Engine builders have all said the same thing. 10lbs per 1000 rpm's.

Verify the pressure with a mechanical gauge. A poor ground on the gauge, or low voltage, will make it read low. I had a VDO electric gauge that read almost 10 psi lower than a mechanical gauge. It was due to resistance in the ground circuit.

Will change the oil alright and measure with a mech gauge.

Thanks guys

With a TA cover and pump and mobil 10w30 syn I was seeing 10psi hot idle. Now I use 20w50 VR1 conventional and see 15-20psi hot idle. I'd agree that the electric senders may read a couple psi low.

Use 20w-50 V R1 conventional like the guy above said and you will see around 15 to 20 psi at hot idle, 10-30 is too damn thin for a turbo engine..
