How do I verify the timing is correct with XFI and a timing light. Also how can I swap my tunes from one pc to another?

go into op parameters and lock the timing to 30*(fixed timing test advance), if your using a dialback roll the knob untill 30* and see if the light matches, if its off adjust the crank reference angle untill you get a match at idle. some people have said the dialbacks show double the timing, wasnt the case when we checked mine.

Use a thumb drive to D/L the tunes. Then U/L to the next pc...

or just connect to net and email it to yourself, connect with other laptop and open the email

and if you email the whole ccom folder with the software you will be able to edit the file and save it on a computer that wasnt hooked up to the fast

The above is assuming your timing marks are accurate.
