Chip w/ red square on it? (hot air)

I found a chip in the glove box that looked like a stock one. The one that I pulled out had a red square on it, in the center, and said, "84-85 dyno" on a small white sticker on the underside of the chip. I ran a 15.68 at the track, and that doesn't seem right for a chip that says it it was used to dyno with. Can someone help me figure out whose it is?

I'd guess Dynotech chip.Prolly older tech chip.
Maybe someone else knows for sure.
