This is a CK Performance 2004R GN Deep Sump Pan Extension Kit.
I bought it a couple of years ago and wound up never using it. I thought my ATR transmission pan was warped and leaking but it wasn't so I don't need this. It's been sitting on a shelf in my garage for awhile now. All the parts are there.
