CK Shift kit help

[atomic 6]

On my instructions it says to drill four holes to .110 ,they are the ones circled. well my instructions have nothing circled.

Also it says to leave out a check ball if you are using a 9' convertor, I have a 9/11 convertor so would I leave out this check ball also?

Trying to get this together tonight,any quick reply would be helpful.
