I am pretty sure Chris is in the middle of moving to his new location.
That is it exactly. Chris and Michelle are indeed in the process of moving their facility and will be back up and running soon.
If you have any orders that have been placed with them, rest assured they are in their queue and will be processed accordingly.

CK Performance is somewhat up and running with active phones at least.
They are getting there, and rest assured it will be an improvement in a lot of ways.

For Technical questions, emailing or posting on the board is best as Chris is very involved with the move and may not be available at the shop.

Their phones are always screwed up. Its not their fault. There has been a few occasions where i couldnt get through or even to their voice mail. Something with the phone company. Maybe this will change with the new location. Im sure they will have the same number also. Just try every couple hours.
Michelle is dealing with the phone company now to make sure it gets cleared up as best as possible.
But their new phone number has been established, so unless there is a problem with it that is best solved by changing the number, their new number will be 631-218-1989.

I called last week with a convertor problem and was told to ship it back and was told nothing of a move
So shipped convertor back and was just notified by UPS that :
THE RECEIVER HAS MOVED. UPS ATTEMPTING TO LOCATE RECEIVER TO COMPLETE DELIVERY, NO DELIVERY WAS MADE
I emailed friday to make sure of address and was never replied to.Nothing on the website about the move either.
So i shipped yesterday morning.
Oh well after all its a Buick nothing on it has been easy yet dont wont to get spoiled

Try 631-218-1989, that is their new number. There are some logistics they are working out this morning so please call them mid-afternoon and they should be at the shop.

On their behalf, I apologize for this mixup. The move was supposed to transition smoothly with no interruption in service. But as with most things that involve several groups/services/people it doesn't always go as planned.
Please call the shop this afternoon and provide all the information about the shipment (tracking # etc) of your converter to CK.
If UPS contacts you again, please ask them for another delivery attempt and provide them with the new address at

hang in there,we are doing our best.ups is supposed to be giving all non cod shipments to our old neighbor.probably a fill on driver on the route who is not aware. shipments.we have completed the move without shutting down.thanks and phone in if you need something looked into.
