Considering selling a classic fast that came in a car I bought. seems like alot of hassle to me!! dont know what its worth. any interest? thanks

Possibly. Is it a B2B or SEFI set up? Does it have a jumper harness or a stand alone harness? Thanks

I think SEFI? Has a casper adapter module?

You'd be better to look at the markings on the back of the ECM that has the serial number and descripion of what it is.
With jumper harness they go from 600-1000 but not much more.
Hope that helps,
Scott.

I may be wrong on the model.
part # 30=122010
serial 4792
firmware b2bunv-e
date 9-14-04
THe Firmware "B2B" means bank/bank system.

It's a great system still and can run our buick's very well. What would you be moving on to from this ECM?
XFI is the newer FAST ECM and is better in many ways.. BS3 is also a good system.
Just depends on your needs.
Good luck with your decision!

Do you already have a stock ECM and the other needed pieces? I would possibly be interested in a trade of my stock ECM/Powerlogger and other needed components plus cash for your FAST.

I need a modded ECM. I have a MAF.

If I remember correctly, you have a 70 turbo and 83# injectors? I hope you're not doing it to save money. By the time you buy the stuff to make a stock ecm run consistantly and safely in the 9's.. you probably won't save much money. You may be better off working a trade with someone who has most of the stuff you need.

edit: I typed too slow. It looks like you have some "opportunities"

Hey cal, not trying to save money, just dont know much about the system. If I have you tune it, will I have to mess with it every week or will it be good to go?

Once tuned, you won't HAVE to tune it again. Most people will record the passes at the race track and tweak the VE table to get the O2 correction to a minimum
