hello; On the site someone is selling a bunch of stuff. There is a cold air kit in there that appears to be the same one I have.
I think the price is crazy.

To post a pic, click POST REPLY, then click on the paper clip thing at the top of the grey box, beside the smiley face. A new window will pop up and you'll see a button that says BROWSE, when you click on that it will open another window from your computer that has menus that contain the files from your computer. Just click on whatever pic you want to post and click UPLOAD, then click Submit Reply and you're done !!!

It sounds involved, but it is pretty easy.

What do you mean sold!!!!!!
You made me wait all this time for nothing???????
That's not how business is done on this board

hello people; So sorry I F---ed up. Being a computer genious I finally got the pics to post (with help) but in the mean time someone would take the item without the pics. I really wasn't sure how to get the pic to post so I made a deal. So now with the pics you want it correct? If so I'll see what I can do. But I'am new to selling and there's going to be lessons learned.

Yes, I want it.
That is the exact kit I had in mind.
Everything except the air cleaner.
Tell the skull who contacted you outside the thread that he was second, third or whatever.

hello people; Well alrighty then. I thought about it over night and Turbo GTA is correct in as he should be the one to get it. To the other member I think it's the right thing to do and if it messed you up sorry.
Turbo G give me your info. and I'll find out what the shipping cost is.
This has been a fine learning experiance.
I was wondering (for future referance) how does the rest of the board think about this situation?

Usually when you sell something on a board like this, it is first come first serve, so whoever makes contact first is first in line whether via PM or posting up on the ad. However, many sellers try to NOT have drama so they say post replies only, no PM's. The reason for this is sometimes guys will post up saying they will buy the part and then half hour later someone will PM the seller saying "hey I really need/want the part, I will give you an extra $XX.XX if you sell to me."

If you are the seller, you just put your rules in the posting. "PM's only" or "Post here only" if you care. Otherwise, first to say they are interested should be first, then the guys line up.

Hope this helps. Don't beat yourself up about it, we all make mistakes. I think when I started out I posted a for sale ad, and had like 5 replies wanting to buy my parts but I saw a PM come across and made a deal. I did not realize the guys who posted were first. Live and learn.

Take care.
