Getting ready to install my heads with cometic gaskets.
I have read many posts on this and decided to use the copper coat between the layers.
One question I have: Do you only use the copper coat between the layers of gasket or do you apply it to the top and bottem of the gasket as well?
In other words should I apply a layer of the copper coat between the gasket and the head and the gasket and the block?
Additionally, I am using ARP studs. What should I torque the heads at? GN1 Aluminum heads.
thanks,
Dennis
