Commander Chip question...

Is the commander chip just a plug and plug chip....From reading the instructions on the website it seems you have to connect a supplyed wire to something. Is this correct?

the wire installation is optional.

The Commander series chips has some adjustability, and the wire makes adjusting the second set of 4 parameters easier. There are other ways to access those parameters.

Most guys never need to adjust the parameters, so not connecting the wire is fine.

Thank you, Nice to hear. I don't need to adjust the chip or make any changes..It's just for the street, Ok then it's just plug in the ecm and that's all. thx for letting me know. I misunderstood the installation instructions then. I hear good thing about commander chip, works well.
