Commercial use Of Power 6, other trade marks

Is the power 6, T-Type and other turbo Buick related "icons" considered as trade marks?

If so, does anyone know the process to get licensed to use them?

the answer is yes. do a search for buick from hell and trade marks. he has had a few issues with GM.

Actually, I haven't had issues directly with GM, they were with E-bay (quite awhile ago)...
