Does the engine run? Does it leak anything? does it need a rebuild?

car had 90k before it was started taken apart( car was a rot box) I was told the motor was rebuilt but have no proof does look very clean inside it is an 8.5 posi rear thought someone wanting to do a conversion would want something this complete. have seen just complete motors with harness and acc listed for $2500 alone thanx TONY
