Computer help please.

I have a new laptop with XP home. I loaded DOS FAST and once I attempt to open it the screen says the program can't open COM 1. Then it gives two options...cancel or ignore. Hitting ignore brings up the program normally.

What must I do to get it to communicate with the FAST box?

You might want to give Pete a call at PTE. There were some communications problems with DOS version and XP operating systems. If anyone would know, he would.

Thanks. I was hoping someone on here would be able to give me a simple fix. If no one does by Monday I'll phone PTE.
