This seems a little "in your face". They thank me for paying them and then tell me in capital letters not to bother them with questions about the order status. It wouldn't be so bad if they gave me some idea of when it would ship, but nothing at all about when I can expect delivery.
Is this a bad sign, or do they just lack social skills?
