Constant site problems

Why is there constantly problems with this site? The search feature is terrible, picture uploads sometimes go through and sometimes the site just disappears.

Anyway,

Im trying to search for my thread on "Frame Off restoration T type" No results found. So i tried Frame off..... No results....... Frame..... no results. SO i tried Fu*K You... still no results found.

The site was FINALLY restored a couple of days ago, however the 'Search' function hasn't worked for about a week and a half......
